Long long time ago I already decided that this time I will be smart and book my entrance to the Engadin Skimarathon far ahead.

Week 8 of every year, Finns here in the Helsinki region have their skiing holidays (or Hiihtoloma as they call it).

Here we are – winter is dragging along without giving me any opportunity to do some skiing.

While we had some snowfall in the past weeks the usual skiing areas still lack enough coverage in order to prepare all the tracks.
