Yep, that’s how it goes… As every year, the annual envelope with the Engadin Skimarathon sign-up forms arrived at my doorstep. And as every year, I was hesitant at first if I really want to participate and suffer through this event again… But then again, remembering the past years, it has always been fun – therefore: here we go again :-)
One funny thing about this mail from Engadin Skimarathon is that it always shows the history of all the times one participated. This of course leaves plenty of room for analysis which immediately reveal good/bad years:
The registration is done, participation fee is payed… the only thing missing at the moment is practice? And this year it is not even my fault as we have been waiting for snow in Finland for quite a while now. Let’s hope that this will change soon so that I can finally start preparing myself..
