Running: 55 Activities (-20) / 520.04km (+6.94km)

Cycling: 22 Activities (0) /549.68km (+164.06km)

Swimming: 9 Activities (-2) / 11.00km (-0.96km)
Crosscountry Skiing: 15 Activities (+9)/ 299.76km (+222.75km)

Some comments on these numbers:

Generally my average number of exercising per week dropped to 1.94 activities/week (a total of 101 activities). Obviously I’ll try to improve on that in this year.

Races

Starting with a very optimistic race schedule, this year resulted in more competitions than last year. I skipped some races for several reasons (injuries, sold-out races, …) but am very happy with the results of this year’s competitions.

2013 was equally busy as the year before. I had the same number of flights and even the distance travelled increased only a “tiny” bit. While doing most of the traveling I had the opportunity to visit some new countries and I’m sure that more will come this year…
